Magnets for outdoor use are 30 MIL thick. Printing is silkscreen in spot colors. All colors are UV protected to resist fading and adverse weather conditions. We custom die cut all of our magnets which ensures clean cuts and tight registration.
We also produce thousands of indoor, 20 mil thick vinyl magnets. Printing is offset lithography on paper. The paper imprints are laminated with ultra clear mylar film, applied to vinyl magnetic material and then die cut. Custom cutting dies insure clean cuts and tight registration.
